The regular card no annual fee.
wutawa version is also the "regular" card, just that it has a hard cap of 500

(ii) Singaporean / Permanent Residents aged 21 to 55 years old who do not meet the minimum annual income requirement of S$30,000 can be assessed for a Mari Credit Card with up to S$500 credit limit.

The foreign currency spend 3% FX rebate + 1.5% cashback extended till Dec 2025. However for those who use the card to do Top ups for any wallets or use for excluded MCCz, DO NOT do this because you won't even get the 3% cashback to offset the FX fees, the Trust card is better for those use case.

Anyone has any idea, I used the card to pay for some game credit from some Facebook site. The rate shown on the website is in sgd, and payment was also made in sgd. But I was charged a currency conversion of 1%... Why is that so when the payment was in sgd?

I paid using uob one on a similar purchase before, there wasn't an additional fee at all... Is it becos this is mastercard? I'm puzzled so I hope anyone with similar experience can share your findings. Thank you.

1% is for the DCC (Dynamic currency conversion).
Happens when foreign payment gateway charges you in your own country currency.
In most cases, it is better to accept being charged USD on a US site, though sometime, it is out of your control

(i) a prevailing charge of 1% of the converted Singapore Dollar amount representing the charge imposed by MasterCard on the transaction;

probably best card to use for fx general spend due to the fx charge offset like youtrip etc + 1%-1.5% cashback at the moment.

Apart from shopee and overseas spends, there are no rewards/cashback if we use this card for other categories of spending? E.g. use for mrt/bus daily , spending at local shopping malls?

1.7% cashback, similar to citi cashback+ and SCB simplycash CC
MRT/BUS does not give you the cashback, so don't bother.
Retail spends will.

Is this a 1 time additional cashback that will be awarded monthly ?

I am using the maribank cc these few days in Malaysia.

The conversion rate of 3.26 is similar to cc like trust and lose to youtrip cc of 3.28 slightly around 3% fx cashback received after each txn.

Each month is stand alone

Considering you said "these few days" means your spend was last few days of MAY, the extra 1 to 1.5% cashback will then be credited to you by 30 June 2025

If you continue to spend in month of June, then bonus by 31 July 2025

For both, the campaign name will be the same - Spend overseas with Mari CC promotion. Once you see this, you will know its your extra bonus 1 - 1.5% cashback
