Yes. I am watching the YT on an ex Google staff
He says he has 1m in government bonds giving him semi annual coupon at 4%. I think he is referring to SGS bonds, although I do not recall we ever hit 4%.

haven't been looking at SSB rates ever since i bought some in 2022 cause it was 1 of the highest ever

recent ones got as high as minimum 3.26%?

The first 5 years Ssb rate so low Sia. Think people will start recommending "voluntary housing refund". Personally I don't think it's good for the lost in liquidity to gain that 2.5

2.5% without losing liquidity in OA, if above 55 with FRS met.
Can forgo SSB for now.
