There was a gov "Green Bond" under SGS but it is min 250k and is for 50 years. Payout is 3.04%pa. Payment is every 6 mth

The first 5 years Ssb rate so low Sia. Think people will start recommending "voluntary housing refund". Personally I don't think it's good for the lost in liquidity to gain that 2.5

Can forgo SSB for now.
