https://www.coolzy.com/us/small-room-ventilation-portable-air-conditioner/

I checked out this machine before.
Still need hose as you see from the website.
The hose is optional. Can check their faqs: https://www.coolzy.com/sg/support/faqs/

Since Coolzy has no exhaust hose, surely the warm air must heat the room?
Coolzy releases only 300 Watts, similar to three people in the room. Coolzy directs its warm air exhaust to the ceiling where the heat is absorbed, just like the warmth from your fridge which you don’t notice (warm air rises naturally). Any excess finds its way out of open windows or doors.

I suggest you go and see the link that I posted.
You will get the BS that they are preaching.
Do you want to open the window or door when you run your portable air con ?
I guess you can connect the dots.

When you leave the door and window open, you are just allowing more hot air into the room instead.
The portable air con will expend more energy to cool down the room.
Seems like you cannot connect the dots.

if you can stretch your budget, get the dual hose portable cooler, one to draw air in from the outside to cool the coils and another for the hot air exhaust.

This is a much more efficient setup.

It is used for spot cooling. The reviews on shopee are mostly positive: https://shopee.sg/product/123401085/1876440098

If it doesn't suit you, use other brand. No need to be fixated on this. Take it easy man.

I got a coolzy when my aircon broke down last time. It's not for cooling room, more for personal cooling. Imagine a fan but with cold air blowing. Effective range about 3 metres. Ya need to point the rear exhaust out of window or room door else the room will get hot. Personally I find it ok to temporary solution or if just want personal cooling.
