CNB & SPF should conduct an intensive 1 month raid on these druggies BUT they pushed to HSA.

ICA should tighten checks for incoming travellers to Singapore for all modes of transport.

SPF would work hand in hand with HSA when they receive tip-off for big sellers . Not even tat using K9 to detect classA drug in device too.

LTA should conduct more road blocks to track down weird behaviour drivers (due to drowsiness)


Our local scientists should invent a detector that could test out the device for presence of drugs immediately. I remembered going to Japan 10 + years ago...they already had detector to scan the liquid in your baby water bottle for presence of drugs. Hope we have that for vape device too

Years ago I made a report to HSA, with video evidence on an ex colleague blatantly vaping on the streets and stashing his loots within company premises, they subsequently wrote an email to the company to give a warning, instead of going down for an inspection or raid.

The email did not stop that joker from vaping, instead he started hiding in obscure places to vape, such as roof tops and company toilets, making enforcement efforts harder.

They need to be more proactive in stopping these users and suppliers, instead of just sending emails.
