I heard hor, this type of house… the electricity bill is usually in thousands one. I dunno, I never stay before, is it true?

Am staying in a < 2K sf. inter-terrace. 2-storey.

No. of occupants: 4 adults (incl. of 1 helper)

Dining area's cassette air-con is used 3 hours daily.

2 bedrooms' air-con used daily from 8pm to 6.30am. 1 x study room: probably 4 hours/week?

2 large sized fridges and a 150-bottle wine chiller.

Electrical bill: ~ $350 to 400/mth.

probably the smallest freehold landed in the east.
most of the terrace house there can only park 1 car.
parking outside is very competitive. I remember that was an uncle that always call police whenever he sees a car parking there and the car plate number is not familiar to him.
