IIRC, got one operator "outsource" the cleaning service to his brother's company

So on paper, this operator doesn't "make" any money as the money is made at his brother's company

1 food court at most employ 3 cleaners and even if they pay each of them $3k, that's only $9k - still got $21k to play around

Those hawker center closed for two three days for cleaning, you see what cleaning activities going on for the whole duration (24hrs X 2 or 3 days) of the period of closure for cleaning.

Yes, he appears confused and acts blur, despite the well-established evidence that RBD seed oils are highly detrimental to chronic disease outcomes, yet, he got away with pushing this through MOH and HPB, and with asserting that Diet Coke is healthier than dairy milk.

My gut feeling is they dun quack when there is nothing they can benefit from.

It is still a signed agreement between the tenants and operator.
Nothing to dispute about.
No one forced the tenants to sign or renew if they are disagreeable about the terms and conditions.
Since they signed, they have to adhere to it.
