U must be almighty godly power to read all ur google contractual agreements and apple agreements and have perfect grammar and English knowledge. Unlucky is that not everyone is like u. Has there been instances where clauses are inserted into a legal document, but not meant to be enforced?

My layman brain tells me usually, at the end of such long documents, all penalties for violating any of the clauses will be there, wu yia boh?

You don't insert clauses you don't intend to enforce when the time cums. It can then b used to nego the settlement.

We are practically funding their great-grandchildren's PHD/Masters in Ivy League Universities at this point of time.

They continue to buy more GCBs/Contis/Luxury goods and goes on expensive vacations overseas, etc.

Hire expensive private tuition for their kids, then when grow up send them to Ivy Leagues or Cambridge/Oxford until PHDs/Masters (All expenses including lodging, etc. paid for).

Kids just focus on socialising with other kids of similar backgrounds and network, come out either utilize parents or friends' connection find an iron rice bowl.

No need to worry about retrenchments, etc. one.
