Thanks bro. Appreciate the thoughts. Difficult coz she rarely join group lunch even. maybe will only join if the guy she like ask her.

i get being busy at work and not wanting to ot, but every day..? is there some kinda lull period during certain parts of the year where she might be a little less busy? or does your company have celebrations, like birthday lunch, etc.? maybe she sees work as purely work, doesn't even socialize with colleagues at all.

I won't leave snacks that often, i know she receive quite alot of snacks from different people. Just a way for me to start and continue convos till she's more comfortable with me... she is the friendly kind who will think through first before saying, base on my work experience with her. Quiet mostly but can chat if closer and quite cheerful, smiley when responding. Make you feel confortable talking to her but I just feel abit nervous coz I am also seeing her response/expression and react accordingly.

For a mah, i always just approach and give it my best shot at that point in time. What you all might say go bang head against wall.

If she likes me back it’s good. If she doesn’t Iike me back I consider she decline. I might be sad for x weeks y months then I will “next”her.

For me before dating is like job hunting, just find the one that you like and likes you back and sustainable. It’s not that hard for me to ask someone if they want to partner up with me and be declined, key thing is don’t take rejection so hard and harshly. People don’t choose you got their own reason as much as why you don’t choose someone for whoever whatever cause

Seems everything is ok now between us.

Finally saw her after a few weeks of no contact.

Once I started talking to her everything went back the way it was.

She wished me happy birthday too. That was kinda sweet.

I prob take it slow now and build attraction with her. I'm not giving up.

At the year end I think. You are right, maybe she really see work as work and colleagues as colleagues, not friends. Jut focus on clearing work. Have events like other company, but not often also. She come punctually and sit at place with friend or that is alrdy full, or once or twice v busy cannot attend, so no chance to mingle.
