This is the original meaning. Think about it. How did it get smelly.
Actually, ** means vagina so it just means female reproductive organs.

But CCB is smelly female organs, which can be derived from sexually transmitted disease, poor hygiene, underlying illnesses, having mensuration or not drinking enough water or going through menopause

It's 1/6 chance of getting the right implied meaning.

Public caning is the best
Permanent home based learning better. Force the parent to deal with their child. Just need to consolidate all the problem childs and send them home to do home based learning from adjunct teacher. By utilising technology, the school can also showcase to MOE.

There has been a series of squabbling and verbal exchanges among the pupils in the class, said MOE. End-April: The girl reported pupil A for using an offensive slur on her and another classmate. As the girl had also used an offensive slur on pupil A, the form teacher asked both pupils to apologise to one another for using bad language. Mid-July: The girl asked her form teacher to change her seat. The teacher decided to monitor the situation first, as he observed that the girl was talking and laughing with pupils A and B. July 25: The girl asked her form teacher again to change her seat, as pupils A and B’s chatter made it difficult for her to focus during lessons. She also said that the two pupils had used inappropriate language on her, and that pupil C had touched her face without consent. As she had admitted to using inappropriate language on pupils A and B, the three pupils were told to apologise to one another and focus on mending their friendship. Later that day, the form teacher informed the girl that he had informed her parent and would change her seat the following Monday. He would also look into her feedback about pupil C. July 26: The girl’s mother reported to the school that she had received prank calls and death threats. July 28: The school pulled the three boys from class. Based on the school’s checks, pupil A had obtained the mobile number from his parent. The trio had made multiple prank calls to the girl’s parent, with pupil C sending audio messages threatening the parent and her family. The school reprimanded all three pupils and informed their parents that they would be suspended from school immediately. That same morning, the vice-principal met the girl’s parents to inform them about the actions that had been taken by the school, including a change of seat to separate her from the three pupils, and future plans to conduct bag checks after they had served their suspension. The vice-principals also spoke to the girl’s parents on the telephone in the evening to share plans to assign peers to accompany the girl in school. As the girl’s parents had made a police report on the death threats, the school assured them that the school would review and take additional disciplinary actions, which may include caning, after police has looked into the matter. July 30: The girl informed the form teacher that a classmate had sprayed water on her. Investigations by the teacher established that this was after the girl had used hurtful words on the classmate, including a racial slur to a classmate of another race, and telling others not to befriend the classmate. The classmate then sprayed water in retaliation. Both were counselled for their actions. The classmate’s parent was informed of the incident, and the school had planned to share this with the girl’s parents at a face-to-face meeting. July 31: The safety plan was sent via e-mail to the parents. Aug 7: School was informed of a bruise on the girl. The school established that pupil C had swung his bag into the girl during school dismissal. CCTV footage showed that the teacher present was managing another group of pupils and did not witness the incident, and no pupil had approached the teacher to alert him of the incident. Following investigations, the school engaged pupil C’s parents. Aug 12: Pupil C was caned. Aug 14: School arranged to meet the girl’s parents on Aug 18 to update them on the actions taken and steps to support the girl’s return to school. Aug 15, Aug 16: Parent made her allegations on social media.

no idea why this make national news.

during my time this kind of thing is bread and butter everyday life, teachers are aware but close one eye dont want to get into unnecessary trouble. there was one time i was chased by a bully in pri school taking the metal chair leg detached trying to hit me, i ran to the teacher and she just scolded me why i cause trouble for her lol.

in my sec school they even hid parangs at the PE equipment warehouse to be used for bullying with their sharp combs and razor belts

because one of the parents took the issue to social media. now that it is a public issue, the public wants an explanation.

I think one of the 3 boys like the girl. That's why they disturb her.

And one of the 2 other boys accidentally blurted and told the girl...but she didn't like the boy that liked her and said something nasty that hurt his feeling. Then all 3 of them gang up against her.

That's when she goes around telling others not to befriend them.

All probably started from a young kids crush on his school mate and got his feelings hurt.

I think the problem is MOE has the same protocol towards bullying issues from 1980s till now.

The schools deal with it at their own discretion and judgement. This is all fine until this generation of both Strawberry Parents and Raspberries kids.

The teachers and Principals are all from the same berry family .... I'm just surprised this didn't surfaced earlier.

MOE is like the king makers forced to mediate now ... And getting brickbats thrown directly in their faces fast and furious. You go see the response to their Facebook motherhood statement .... It's not pretty at all.

The question is did the school communicated all these actions taken and her daughter's wrong doings to her. If so then yes she lied otherwise it's a big question mark.
I would think the school did because now the mother is radio silent. She probably did not expect the school can back up their words against hers (ie, email and whatsapp records, notes of meeting, etc), so she went on her social media rampage. Somemore, two occasions is the VP personally spoke to her.

the water bottle injured head case, also the uncle post on social media that one sided story
this case, seems like the mother also reported 1 sided story on social media, but 1st mover advantage and sympathy points go to them 1st

quite silly of her to think that all these meetings in school are off records and she can throw smoke bombs and pretend that she do not know

Because of the mum's wrong approach by posting in social media...MOE commented that. And today ST huge page of the case. Mum should be glad that mOE never asked her to apologise in the public for saying dau done nothing wrong and school never took actions.

That's exactly why moe and educators are made to look like fools now. Parents kids public all dissing them.

Why PRC do this type of stunt? Cos media is now the Justice Bao.

1980s no technology. Now can home base learning. Their KPI is to provide basic education, why not have SOP to make problem child to home base learning permanent to achieve KPI to not let the bad apples spoil the whole basket of apples.

The parents also cannot complain because their child affect other student with their antics.

The parents not happy can change school, since the school is just making alternative teaching arrangements to better teach the class.

You see the social media cancel culture, I am not surprised, you know? Many people think they can use social media to control public response and use it like a weapon against people or organisations, then force things their way. The way I look at it, it seems like her daughter has no friends, so I think while bullying is an issue to tackle, the crux of her child's issue is her social skills. Cos from the timeline, it is not just the three boys she had trouble with. There was another one, who spray water at her? Then she got hit by C's bag and no one helped her tell teacher or she didn't tell any friends? And if she has no friends, then what does it say about her? There's a saying, when we point our finger at someone, four fingers point at us, means we always need to reflect whether we are the problem also.

In any case I told my son who is abhorrent of violence to just fight someone who bullies him. Ya he is also subject of mistreatments and pranks. Had his pants pulled down once at PE. Only Primary two..... It's always the same kids....

I said just punch the kid if he does it again ....

chatgpt summary is as below

👉 In short: The girl was involved in repeated disputes with classmates (slurs, prank calls, threats, water spray, bag incident). The school responded with apologies, counselling, parental updates, suspension, caning, and safety measures, while awaiting police outcome for the threats.

Different types of bad. Last time no matter how much we fight and curse, i dont think anyone will prank call and send death threats to parents. Especially not at such a young age with such a si ginna voice.
