Quite a good rant here about angmo vs Asian game developers. I checked out the video because of the Stellar Blade pic at 9:40 but the content was pretty good.

Really?? 25 fps with an RX 9070XT and 45 fps with the RTX 5090?? The graphics aren't exactly BM:WK standard.

Finally upgraded my 1070ti to 5070ti. Cuz I still cheapo refused to upgrade my 650w PSU that I just bought this year, even though its atx 3.0 certified but doesn't provide the 12v2x6 cable so I'm left to use the 2x8pin adapter provided with the card.

Scared of fire hazard I immediately undervolt to 0.88v, giving me good temps of 61c max and below 200w yet pushed base clock and mem clock up. Should I keep this setup or upgrade to a 850w PSU?

Will be fine, there's honestly not much difference compared to 12v2x6, if you use above 350W got a chance for the cable to burn, but the pins must be misaligned/not plugged properly. Even if 1 pin got issue, if you use low wattage(like 200W+), the cable won't burn.

Even ppl who take precautions with 5090 still burn on 12v2x6, so it doesn't really matter whether you use adapter or double sided.

An interesting Tech that I personally think should be mandatory if people want to turn on Frame Gen / Multi-Frame Gen. It's still not launched yet but Nvidia's been dragging their feet on this for quite a while
