2. if they plat loud sound, u follow also.

1. We did, police/hdb/tc have done nothing for the 3 years we have tried mediating things through them. No improvement nothing.

when my upstair drop litter i complain 7 times and more.. now they stop. and got one time i paste flyer on the lift as i bth haha
TC do send letter and warn them, because i also receive the letter.

Just think they have nothing better to do. Sadly don't think stooping to their level would work. She scolds us kimak when they see us downstairs too entirely unprovoked.

Just going to have to put up with her bs and record it all down so she can't deny events anymore. She can still make big claims about us as she wishes but she can't do anything since its all fake

Partly, and also probably because we reported them for noise many many times between 2022 - 2023. The mindset of the people here is if you inform on them, you're the troublemaker. So they started false flagging calling the police when we're not at home, finding faults in the smallest of stuff (like my mom squeezing past her baby stroller), or nailing for 2mins etc etc

no point arguing with low ses people since you cannot win. they have no logic and have nothing to lose.

I agree completely, small issues I really don't think its worth getting hate over. Traditional confucian/taoist mom disagrees nothing I can do to stop her sadly.

TBH, your mom should have waited or ask, sorry i'm in a rush could you let me pass instead of just brushing by and touching people gate... I think there's two sides to this.

There's no two sides to this and any argument is argumentum ad temperantiam. My mom clearly went out of her unit first, should Jahaan not be more considerate for one instead of blocking the entire corridor? Do you think that Jahaan's explosive behavior is warranted for a brush so minor some people don't even notice?

She even claimed in her police report that my mom assaulted and harassed her after she pelted my mom with vulgarities and threatened to throw a shoe at her. Then she claimed in court that my mom pushed her which resulted in her being angry enough to "broke her CCTV" if you read the last document below (witness statement).
