Faces in backlit situations without flash, smart phone seems betterFor amateur users I think smart phone takes nicer photos

What are zip lines in action
Haven processed yet but kinda fun trying to shoot pple screaming....
for the FF photo, was it taken raw with PP? or straight out of cam jpeg? The lower pic is iphone 17 Pro Max because of backend smartphone computational processing, while the RX100V is really waiting for user to do post processing.
In good lightings and static screens and viewed on tiny fraction of a smartphone screen, I dun think it is easy to tell apart. You cannot tell apart 8k reasolution vs 2k resolution on a comparatively tiny smartphone screen.
But under poor lightings / need for tracking / high shutter speeds the difference is more glaring
In this example I purposely chose a dark scene with fast moving subject to stress the phone.

Full Frame mirrorless, this photo was actually taken after the smartphone shot.

The best camera is the one you have in hand...I think nowadays majority of people are satisfied with just using an iPhone to take pictures..no need to carry the bulky camera around also

first pic is not your photo rite? It looks like animated one.
anyway what focal length or lens you use to shoot the zip lines and are there restrictions they imposed (aka actually not allowing you to hold or use camera once you are up there)

because it does computational image processing on the fly, which otherwise you have to spend hours post-holiday to edit your digicam photos
i still using my trusty Fujifilm X-T2I think nowadays majority of people are satisfied with just using an iPhone to take pictures..no need to carry the bulky camera around also
this one is flagship rite?nowadays HP even got 1" sensor liao
no need to bring bulky cameras anymore
Guess which one is using iphone 17 pro max and which one is using a 2016 Sony RX100V? No edits on computer.
dof gives a hint even though both are f/1.xx.....The lower pic is iphone 17 Pro Max because of backend smartphone computational processing, while the RX100V is really waiting for user to do post processing.
