No need hotel standard. Maybe just have a theme for ur bto. Like muji, japandi, Scandinavian, minimalism

To me the proximity scheme dun make sense. If there is no bto launch near ur parents house, how long you want to wait?

It means this scheme not everyone get to use it. But the scheme really helped my fren lo.

I applied for Tengah first time and got it ( i think Feb 2021 BTO). The subsequent bto exercise for Woodlands I also had a queue number (better than Tengah, but I forgot the queue number), but i forfeit it as I can choose Tengah first. This was in 2021.

For the Tengah bto, there were 297 units available and my queue number was close to 600. It seems alot of people rejected this, thats why i managed to select a unit at level 2 (Type 2).
