imo you don't need to cut down on weight any more. going on a caloric deficit just gives your body less incentive to put more mass on your legs. do a clean bulk and you should see much better results

Just to check with you all, what exercise would be best for forearms? Do Hammer Curls work?

Or just keep doing normal Wrist Curls?

Farmers walks
High rep deadlifts
High rep heavy rows
Basically anything where you have to grip and hold something heavy for extended periods of time.

Hammer curls wouldn't work?

They're only good for training the brachialis along with the biceps, period.

Like gala mentioned, farmers walks with heavy DBs, heavy DLs, rows & even doing dead hangs fr a pull-up bar with a heavy weight attached to u will get yr grip strength up fast..

Don't believe? Try attaching 50kg to yr body & do dead hangs on a pull-up bar & see how mins u can last or do farmers walks with 50kg DBs...

Gala & I are speaking fr experience - he's an experienced weightlifter while I've been in the iron game for 30yrs +

U looking for grip strength or hypertrophy purposes? Do direct forearm curl work if you want them to grow. If u just want grip strength then any of those heavy gripping exercises below will do the job

I sensed that you want the best of both world.

Answer is YES, if you train full time like professional sportsmen AND gifted with freaky genetic.

Examples, Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps.

Uncle Ketua have already answered you, I've changed my direction for now, starting to emabark on a clean bulk, to try to add some more mass.

There is a diff between eat alot / dirty bulk and clean bulk. :)

not alot of differences. clean diet is old bodybuilder's thinking. all old bodybuilders will say must eat clean diet.

can find out new 2010s studies that eating dirty or clean diet makes no difference in body.

don't look like grow a lot, but I choose to believe it got bigger and stronger. lol.

not that impressive overall, could be better, especially compared to some guys here, average 2-3 gym sessions per week, no controlled diet.

Share link? I never think of it as a old school thinking , it's just a natural thought that comes to me , I wont wanna be gorging down whooper burgers as staple for my diet!
