If u need to visit HW service ctr pls take note it no longer at The Cathay anymore, i have wasted my trip there, as it did not update the internet site!

The new service ctr have re located to Luckly Chinatown, after Western Union 2 shop.

Battery slightly worse. Widgets slower.

Overall, no recommended to update.

After replacing recovery image to clockwork recovery, safely remove the phone and do a battery pull and restart the phone.

wah riao, like that how? what is the most pop root fw u all using, i just realized this version cannot be rooted, caused recovery cannot be installed at all. wasted by whole afternoon trying.

i m referring to the SG ICS stock rom.

the problem is when i go to pink screen and pc doesn't detect the hp at all, thenfore i cant go into the \image folder to copy recovery.img into it, that is pretty the end of the story already.

care to share your how to get around with this.

i have tested using any android 2.3 huawei hp on the same cable and same pc, it can detect. maybe i miss something.

when this honor was in 2.3 it can be detected, but not after i flashed to ics.

Bootloader is locked, you do not need to replace the recovery.img to get the phone rooted.....
