14days. Weekends become 16 days. So best try when u find it fishy. Tickets selling at 12am. Last check by gixxer.

Still abit confuse,

I need ticket from Taichung to Hualien on 4th March 2014 @ 07:25 train timing.

So 14 working days before means I can purchase the ticket on 12 February , 12 am ?

Stayed in hsin hsin minsu right at the top of alishan area. Cheap and no frills minsu.
Very convenient for self roaming around the recreation area.

Got free feeder bus from hsr to fengjia area. Then when going back to hsr, take the bus in the opposite directions. It is free as long as you are a commuter of hsr. They seldom check, or i have not been checked before.

Bus starts from hsr can stop and alight at designated stops.
Bus ending or towards hsr, passengers are allowed to alight at hsr station for free. Any in between stops, you will need to tap your card to be charged.

I barely remember bus number. Since you say it is, then it is lol. I took once and regretted. Coz the time taken for me to get there n then hsr back to hsinchu, i could have taken the bus to tra station and back via normal train.

Time taken was not much of a difference. 1/2 hour at max.

And Sat/Sun trains back north can be superpacked. I stood on the train for the whole journey.
