Anyone with a brain and has read through the SL 5x5 programme will know theres a stage where you drop to 3x3 then 1x1

Low reps for cutting? Bitch are you dumb or drunk?

Why will you drop? Which programme you doing? I think 5 3 1 is the best.
I already hit twice my weight, I stopped SL. I going rouge with strength endurance. Btw, YOU STRONG LIFT? WHERE GOT TIME! :D

Very extravagant way of drinking chicken soup:s13:

If you're lazy to cook liver, some cai-png stalls in Singapore serve pretty decent stir fried liver. The good ones are those still pinkish and crunchy in the centre! Of course what goes into their sauce is questionable lol.:s13:

Ahahaha only cook that particular soup for the family during CNY ahahah
I agree, the sauces outside usually contain sugar :(

the end product after slicing will look like smoked duck. :s13:

Sounds awesome still soooo gonna try it :s12::s12::s12:

You aim to hit 80kg BACK SQUATS and you say you hit twice your weight? What are you, an anorexic kid:s11:

Sorry to say I've seen girls squatting more than 80kg with perfect form

I don't think you can even do that :D Try to squat 60kg, 10 reps for 3 sets, 40 second rest. I think you will drop when you hit your platitude at 5 :D

This is how my usual sets goes

Empty bar 5 reps
(no break)
60kg 5 reps
(no break)
80kg 5 reps
(no break)
100kg 5 reps
(1 min break)
2 sets of 105kg @ 5 reps
(1 min break in between)
3 sets of 110kg

Anyway you're just a troll and I'm bored enough to entertain you

I was doing 5 3 1, my 1RM was 150kg. Now I change my workout to strength endurance because I got bored. :D

Have not tried aussie chicken eggs before, but the best I had was the eggs in Japan.

And it is cheap stuff. Raw eggs on a hot bowl of beef bowl. Can't get that out of my mind:s13: No chance of eating that when I am on this diet though:(

oh yes the $3.50 minced pork can make 6 pork patty. super money saver.
added philadelphia cream cheese inside my eggs for the extra boost.
