Ya lor - in office very jialat - sat the whole day
Supposed to get up and walk around every 15 minutes but easier said than done
Anyway, managed 4.2k steps so far today - about 3km according to Jawbone U24![]()
u can increase the frequency say like 5 day a week for 5km. then total for that week is 30km liao
yah now im 10,000 everyday liao hehe.
so far already 6.3k steps.
just alight the bus stop earlier and go to further places for lunch.
last time in my previous office i take the stairs..
