One thing about open concept kitchen, if you are the type who will switch on air con in the living room, quite energy consuming.

Having a glass partition is another idea but usually very costly to install and based on experience, a headache to clean (need a lot of maintenance)

For 3R, open concept kitchen will also be able to see the service balcony which is quite ugly and outside people can peep inside. So must install blinds or somehow cover up that area.

But kitchen do open concept then nice.
can do half glass, full length clean until siao.

Not sure if there is any, but if have the price is definitely higher than others.

I am just curious... my Q number is 08x... but selection date is 2nd week of June

Here are my reviews for the 4 roomers

Personal Best Balcony unit Blk 83a #12 - potential road noise from expressway but away from junction of paya lebar road and partial covered by blk 83b from eastern sun.

2nd choice would be #14 - potential road noise from expressway but away from paya lebar road and partial covered from western sun by blk 83a

Non balcony units with quiet environment away from roads -#10(83a) #16(83b), #34/36 #26/28 #42/44 blk 82B for drivers theres a link bridge at level 3 and carpark roof.

Non balcony units with unblock view (temporary) #56/58 blk 82a

Feel free to share your views.

Priority scheme doesn't mean u get a small number. They will ballot out the first (number of units) people and draw out the queue number for it again . The rest will be out of the number of units Q number .

Open public scheme can also get number 1

08X under PPS for 4 Room. Selection date is 29th May.

I think 4 rooms are very hard to choose, each stack has their own advantages/disadvantages. This will be more balance and better for people who select later. (With a bigger Q number)

Went to the existing housing, blk 94 and the sound at the highest floor is unacceptable for me. Just thinking for the units facing inside at blk 83A (08/10) and 83B (16/18/20) will it still be noisy from the PIE and paya lebar road?
