According to their DBS website, due to overwhelming they had increase the to the first 5000 instead of the original first 2000.
But on trying the link to register, it did not work and instead brings you to the "useful link and other" page.

min spend to qualify is $168.
max rebate capped at $100 (which is 15% of ~$667 spending)

and of course, the prerequisite is that u must be able to register with dbs successfully.

Furthermore, even if the item is extended only to GOSF merchant, then it surely will be 100% online wat. Can't be offline purchase right? The whole point of GOSF is to buy things online.

In the FB Post, DBS replied it is only for GOSF listed merchants..
