this is really weird. i realised i have yet to be charged on my CC even until now - 13 Feb, when I made the purchase on NTUC Fairprice online on 2 Feb, and already received all my delivered items on 6 Feb.

My online banking shows no signs of this transaction. Have written to DBS/POSB via ibanking platform. Hope they'll look into this and give a satisfactory answer soon.

It'll be ridiculous if one had purchased on the very first day of GOSF promotion, and still be denied.

i thought the dates reflected in statements and ib page are POSTING DATE which is different from TRANSACTION DATE. DBS say it will honour rebates as long as there is proof of transactions within the 3 days. they are able to check the transaction dates at their end.

Checked with NTUC, this is how they did:
a. You made the order on 3rd Feb
b. The order they received. They didn't charge your credit card immediately
c. They will check whether all items you ordered could be accounted for (apparently, they don't have a system like Amazon - real time stock check)
d. Once they make sure all the items are ready, they will charge your credit card. By then, it is already 3 or 4 days late
e. The posting, if I think is almost immediate, as NTUC is local and the currency charged is also SGD. So the transaction date is 6th or 7th Feb due to the way on how NTUC works.

Already lodged the issue to both DBS and NTUC. DBS will check whether they can honor such transactions. NTUC is asking me to wait for DBS reply
