Hi guys pls do not meddle with the advance settings of the OLED TV wat happened was i tried to change the country code to USA using Logitech Harmony remote to watch US Netflix but unsuccessful now i forgot to write down the local code when i wan to switch back to default so in the end have to pay $100 for LG service guy to update the firmware using a usb thumbdrive

happened to me too, but i more power, i went to flash US firmware for my SG set.
had to pay LG $170 to replace the motherboard.. lol but it was quite cheap, also changed the powerboard too coz it was old for another $100+.. total bill was $400+

it was a 4 year old 47LA4700, so take it as overhual the TV.. haahaha..

Does anyone know where I can still find a 65inch C7?

Cant find online, I am guessing I have to physically visit the shops?

I see Mega discount ($4,599 with free LG Blu-ray player) and Gain City advertising this morning for 65C7.

Think can just use smart dns. Don’t have to do this.

As an example:

If you have an Asus router, can get Astrill VPN. Can install on your router and it allows you to turn on the VPN for specific devices filtered based on your device's IP address (instead of having the entire household be on the VPN)

what is the best place to get c7 - either 55 or 65? prices seem to be way higher than in the thread
To get the real price, you have to ask the salesman to quote his best offer for you. Then you will see that the prices are closer to those mentioned in this thread.

I'll go for c7, the 8500 doesn't have good reviews,
