New setup or old and now having the problem?
Connection direct or through switch?
I believe this may provide other members some idea for your solution.

1 yr old set up, been using lan connection for streaming from NAS for almost a yr w/o issue but last 2 days keep having disconnection to NAS. The tv n NAS is connected via a switch. Gotta turn off tv for a few seconds n on back 2 reconnect tv 2 NAS.

Interestingly difficult to resolve.
Hope it is not a hardware issue.
1) Have you tried switching between the different ports on the switch for your NAS cable connection?
2) Have you tried switching between the TV and your NAS cables?

Spend a good half hour checking the Lan wires n now so far no disconnection yet... fingers crossed

That is good news.
Probably just loose connections or the contact points needs a slight cleaning up.

leaming towards c7 as stand is better..but cant find!!

C7 check our mega discount store. C8 has faster processor, voice recognition which is quite useful, and features for anti burn in.

C8 stand also helps to channel the sound to project to the front if you are not wall mounting.

Did you do a calibration of sound using the remote? I did that and it has improved after calibration.
