I have been using Mi max and mi max 2, big screen are always the best, good for video, game and the battery life is amazing but very inconvenient.

I need the nanroid backup and titanium backup to backup my apps data without this i find transferring app to new phone or resetting a hassle.
It is easy if you stick with one brand but if you use different brands, the transferring of app and data are always pain in the ass.

Pixel 3 xl turn off notch will become pixel 2 xl.

Still acceptable. Not very impressive but I'm slowly getting used to it.

ADB backup can do that. If you are not comfortable with command prompt, can use this app: https://www.google.com/amp/s/lifeha...d-phone-from-the-desktop-no-root-required/amp

Edit: adb backup is only reliable for same device restore

The telco receipt not under your own name also can, as long got receipt.
