I just searched for their t&c. Apple has to service even if the product is bought overseas. Eg a Japanese MacBook in Singapore.

Agreed it's stated in T&C, but am speaking from experience, so just sharing it out there.

Some people got denied when purchasing from other places. It's all past real life experiences.

There is a chance you get denied. I have been denied before for an iPhone I got from Singtel. I got the matter resolved after going through some hoops.

Yes, unless can prove otherwise Apple will reject. Thus, always good to play safe too.
