Old shop the food ok nia. The business was good becos last time not much supper place.

I remembered the soya milk got 2 option. Salty or normal. But either 1, u got to add sugar yourself cos it was tasteless. Correct me if I am wrong, I vaguely remembered can add raw egg into the hot soya milk.

But frankly, the you tiao the best in Singapore during old shop. Big and crunchy, maintaining the crunch even after tabao

Just curious, that price is takeover, as in including the shop and such can straight continue do business or?

Anyway, think pure milk without sugar taste is quite ok one, abit like cow milk but with the nutty/beany flavour. But need to get decent bean, process and cook properly to really bring out the flavour. Pure milk more particular, not easy to do. Don't think commercial one many bother. Thus when many drink it without sugar, the quality might not be as good.

Making soya bean drink and soya bean curd is incredibly easy—who in their right mind would pay for a recipe for that?

1. Now young ppl is bubble tea number one.
2. Mr Bean broke out of the traditional cycle by opening branches, standardized with central kitchen concept to provide the ground soya milk and other stuff. Outlet small, maintainable, only heat the food and sell, highly sustainable. I sometimes buy my breakfast from the mr bean at boon lay mrt.
3. Actually yong he is 老字号, should have proceeded to the central kitchen concept long ago.

Shouldn’t that be the sop?
Central kitchen is the next essential level upgrade if you want to up the game.
