think is slightly better... but to collect enough for any good general will still take ages.. wonder if no event, will still drop or not?

Looks like the game has been down since afternoon. The compensation is not bad though.

Lol today got general sale and fragment sales together. And also +15 精练 for lvl 6 speed stone.
