Suicide at MBS usually means one thing: Lost everything at casino.

Think got heard, alot of 'working' ones also. With high money rolling, tend come all the other (for lack of better words, under the table) stuffs also. Ordinary people just don't (or choose not to) see it on surface cause local kept a 'clean image' on surface, and most are conditioned to see the 'clean image' only.
