all the rules no use if noone to enforce them, just a matter of time someone get run down again.

An unenforced law (also symbolic law,[1] dead letter law)[2] is a law which is formally in effect (de jure), but is usually (de facto) not penalized by a jurisdiction.[3] Such laws are usually ignored by law enforcement, and therefore there are few or no practical consequences for breaking them.[4] The existence of unenforced laws has been criticized for undermining the legal system in general, as such laws may be selectively enforced.[5]

Unenforced laws are deemed problematic because noncompliance may undermine the rule of law. When individuals observe law breaking without repercussion, the perceived lawlessness may erode the authority of the law and public respect for legal rules in general.

Banned from pedestrian path maybe
Just ban PMD, PMA, e-bikes and bicycles from pedestrian path. Only allow these to be used on the road. They die because of their recklessness on the road is their problem.

Should faster sentence and cane the guy 24 strokes before he turn 50. Cane until he never ride an e-bike again since there is no licensing for e-bikes, PMA, PMD and bicycles because Jeffrey lazy to get LTA to do the licensing work.

I can tell u straight is the ebike fault. How many of u pedestrians come across them zooming past you, overtake you from behind without any bell warning? They just zoom past you giving you a fright. How many of u kana this?

Also can guess is probably a food elivery rider.

Their lack of safety and grab/foodpanda's acceptance and enabling of such behaviour is why I have not ordered grabfood for close to 2 years already. Don't want to give business to them and the companies.

say it in simple terms :ROFLMAO: ,thank you. My actual meaning was there's not enough enforcement going on for all this errant riders . Many times pple do that because they know there's not enough enforcement being done. Your supposed to slow down while approaching a blind bend/corner or slow down overtaking a person that's unaware of ur presence.

They are not supposed to be on pedestrian only pavements in the first place, they are only allowed on PCN.

Weak enforcement as always has allowed these clowns to wreak havoc on the roads.
Think from observation most delivery ebike tend don't go on pavement nowadays. They either go on the road or cycling path. Go on pavement so narrow they so fast its too dangerous even for themselve when pavement full of pedestrian. Not to mention PMA blocking.

I witnessed several times, tgey just dun give any fk at all. Zooming zig zagging around pedestrians.

Thing is they dun have any bells installed. Just quietly overtake people from behind.

Gov must put a stop to these nonsense, also those spandex gangs. They imagine wear spandex is transformed into superman, spiderman, wonder woman
