Bough the HD3 Mini 3D at Comex.

Youtube streaming is working fine but the rest of apps such as Funshion, LeTV etc does not work.

"Tian Tian" keeps loading in the home page and VST can go all the way to the movie/drama but upon selecting, it shows "Unable_service".

Is the service working?

Streaming online videos is only possible through "tian tian". How fast it can load will be entirely depending on how busy is the server at the time of access.

Can the HD3/mini support bluray 3D-ISO where the 3D effects (popping out)can be seen when viewed on a 3D TV?

Hi, does popping out to you means that some scenes looks like is coming out of your TV screen? If yes, then the player definitely can also show this effect.

Hi, HD3 model PV73901 was launched only last march this year and it is still very new in the market. In case of future products development, we can that definitely there will be always something new as we are always trying to make something unique out of the available technology.

Hi, I am having a HD2 now and it is starting to give me problem. For example I'll get I/O error while playing half way. Also, when I copy files into HD2, I'm using a lan cable to connect it to my router. The transfer speed drop from Mbps to now only 500Kbps, and it takes 1 hour to transfer 1gig file... To do it wirelessly is even worse. I can't connect it via usb thumb drive too as it will auto shutdown whenever I plug in a usb drive.

Is there any trade in option to upgrade to HD3? What are other upgrades to HD2 that HD3 is giving?

Just bought HD3 and flash the latest firmware and when I go to "tian tian" RSS Feed, it shows me "Loading" in Chinese for the past one hour. Still no content.

Hi,

You may encounter these during peak hours, during server maintenance and updates. But sad to say that we may not know the actual timing as we are not the hosting sites. If in case you keep trying and it cannot load, maybe you can refresh the connection from your network by disconnecting the unit from your network and reconnect it back again.

Hi, I/O error can also cause by the HDD. If you would like to verify on this please take out the player HDD, reflash the player firmware and try to play from USB/portable drives and monitor if the same problem will occur.

For network transfer depending on your network but i never experienced that rate of transfer, unless there is really something wrong with the player.

Most probably you can allow us to check the unit, you can bring along the USB drive that is causing the no display together with the player at our service centre and we will help you find what have caused the issue.

- If you're sure that you do not have passwords and you have the correct setting permission for your NAS then please try to restart your Network Router and NAS. Also reset the player to its system default, reconnect it to your network and try it again.

2. YAMJ does not work

Player always reboots itself when I try to access the index.htm

- Sorry to say that for this case, you have re-run YamJ. Also note that you can only create an index with maximum of 999 movies. If it is more than this limit you cannot run YamJ.

The shortcut can't be removed as well after selecting 'Delete'.

Hi, are you creating shortcuts from your HDD directory or from your network? Please note that if from network, the proper sharing permission is required. Also some security setting is preventing the player to see the files, this may caused by firmware updates. The only solution to this is to reset the NAS and then setup it again.

From the HDD definitely a shortcut can be created easily, just note that you cannot create a shortcut using the main/parent directory.

Hi the mentioned player can support well most of the video formats except for these two

- video with DivX codec mostly for AVI and
- 10bit encoding for MKV.
