Hello all,

I just to check...
This year is my first year that I started ACCA.
I have paid for the Initial Registration fee and exemption fee in Jan and paid for F6 exam fee last month...
But I have yet to receive any invoice or email to pay for the subscription fee.
Is this normal or do I have to contact ACCA regards to this fee?
Thanks

U can login to ur acca acct to view ur subscription fees

Question, ACCA requires3 GCSES and 2 A Levels.
If I went to poly for non-business related course, will I have to take the FIA?
You better check with Acca. They have an online enquiry form on their website, just submit your query there before you sign up for classes.

new to ACCA

Hi everyone, I want to start my ACCA journey as part of switching career into accounting.

I have no previous education or work exp in accounting, so is it possible to self-study F1 to F3? Is opentuition.com sufficient or do I need other materials? Or would it be better to just enroll with a school? (since I'll be working full time while taking the exams.)

Also, didn't know people jump around schools until I found this thread. How does the jumping thing work? You can register different papers with different schools at the same time?? I'm looking at FTMS and LSBF.

Thank you in advance!! :)

Checked with them and I have to go for the FIA.
From what I know so far, F1-F3 is the same as taking the FAB, FMA & FFA. Kinda confusing since completing those 3 exams will grand you exemptions from F1-F3 as well..

In a similar situation as you except I'm still in NS.
check http://www.accaglobal.com/sg/en/help/exemptions-calculator.html for exemptions whether you need to register for FIA or ACCA qualification.

https://www.acowtancy.com/ is good but it's more for just passing than full coverage. You can also try the specimen exams online.

Either school or tuition provider is fine for F1-F3. People jumped schools because their preferred tutors for higher level exams, are from different schools.

Thank you! My highest is an unrelated Bachelor, so I consulted both schools and was told that I can go for ACCA directly but need to take F1-F3.

Thank you! But how to go about jumping schools? Can register for different papers (during the same intake) but with different providers?

I'll most likely take F1-F3 with FTMS, but will still consider LSBF for higher papers..

Sure, you can sign up like one class with one school and another class for a different exam with another school during the same intake. Only local students can do this. At your level, don't bother, FTMS is good enough for F1-F3.

Oh okay, what about F4-F9? Are there any F4 to F9 papers which people would recommend to take with FTMS lecturers? Because I think most follow LSBF? Which lecturers (and which school they're at?) can I take the F4-F9 papers with?

Thank you so much!

Estimated cost of ACCA singapore

Total 14 papers right? Total cost how much ah

From personal experience and friends' experience, I'd say the rough cost of full ACCA in Singapore done over 4 years (9 Foundation papers, 3+2 professional); assuming you buy all material and do not fail and retake more than 1-2 papers, is as follows

Self Study: SGD 5600
Tuition course: SGD 13800-15500

Hope this helps
