Hi, I have an enquiry. I just completed my F4, F6, P1 and P2 papers in June. If I fail my F4, can I register for P6 and P7 papers since I haven't attempted my P3 exam(P3 and F4 exam clash) & P6, P7 require to attempt P3 first.
The rule is that must finish knowledge(f1-f3), then skills(f4-f9), then essentials(p1-p3) then finally options.
I believe this rule is still applicable to exempted candidates even you might think of your case as a 'special' case.
If you fail F4, either new timetable or old timetable you also need another year to finish ACCA, that is the consequence of failing F4.
Under the old exam timetable, F4 is mutually exclusive with P7. So you can only do F4(re-take), with P3 and P6 and Lastly P7 Solo.
However, the timetable has been adjusted, F4 is mutually exclusive with P3. This means you can only spend next 6 months retaking F4. Finally, P3 P6 P7.
