Hello hyyhyy, I can share with u my experience although not sure helpful of not....
I'm from local poly with Engineering background, move on to NTU got a EEE degree then took part-time ACCA with ZERO knowledge of accounting. Working in the day, lesson in the night with those ACCA providers.
I normally take 2 modules per sem but not fix with any provider. Example, if I take F1 and F2 for that sem, I can sign up for provider A for F1 and provider B for F2 depending on the lecturer (although u sign up with the same provider for more modules can get more discount).
I never sign up for any revision class for all my subject except F8 (cos rumour says it is a very very tough module). Still manage to pass all my modules on 1st attempt. My recent exam and last paper was P5 on last Thursday, so assuming (pray hard) that I am lucky enough to pass again, I can grad!
Some concept maybe abit confusing (double entry etc) when you first learn them in F2 but other than that, the rest are skill and knowledge you can build on along the way. So, I think you can consider going straight to ACCA and skip the CAT phase.
Hope that helps.![]()
yo long time no see u in this thread. so last paper liao??
