The indications are that if you are at risk of alzheimers glucosamine *may* accelerate the decline.

There is no evidence that Glucosamine *causes* Alzheimers. Of course with all things untreatable, erring on the side of caution is preferable.
Anything that can cross BBB is either beneficial or harmful to the brain. I personally would not welcome any glucosamine in my brain as it potentially can add sugar molecules to brain proteins and cause all kinds of brain abnormalities and Alzheimer's Disease is just one of the brain diseases.

been having it for past 15 years at least due to side effect of medication and genetic issue, anyway to cure constipation?

Read HWZ Forum Rules!
stop eating more veggies, you're clogging up the path, and have more water and coffee, as well as exercise , that increase your breathing, blood flow rate etc.

and learn how to properly breathe through out the day .

those advocating for veggies, previous cases of colon issues, all also switched or already on greens, you can say their other diets cannot make it, but still cases persist.

anyways just give you this, try it 2 weeks, and if it works great. if not , you can always return back .
