Make A Natural Difference | Our Brands | Adam's Peanut Butter

are you referring to the palm oil?

from their website, natural is <1% salt
no stir is <2% salt + palm oil

my question is, is the 1% additional salt+palm oil a negligible price to pay for convenience? as a whole its still much better than skippy right

btw, anyone knows which ntuc got no-stir crunchy? only saw no-stir creamy

FYI
Vegetable Monoglycerides (E471)
Monoglycerides are trans fats that have been linked to heart disease, raised cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, immune system problems, and cancer. Many experts believe they should be banned altogether from food manufacturing. Trans fats are an entirely unnatural substance not found in natural food and are more closely related to plastic than to animal fat. As time goes on, manufacturers are using these substances less because of health concerns. They have even been banned in some places such as New York and Denmark.

Not exactly true. A type of trans fat occurs naturally in the milk and body fat of ruminants (such as cattle and sheep) at a level of 2–5% of total fat. Natural trans fats, which include conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and vaccenic acid, originate in the rumen of these animals.

Guys,

I try the Meridian Peanut Butter, and I found it taste better than Adam. Perhaps another choice for us.

Hey guys. U all should just buy peanut butter and Co dark chocolate/which chocolate peanut butter from iherb.Much nicer than Adams. Macros are pretty similar to Adams. Most importantly no transfat and hydrogenated oil

More expensive, more calories, more sugar. Contains palm fruit oil.

More sugar yes. But less calories per servings compared to Adams. I think it taste much better den Adams. But taste is subjective. Anyway they use palm fruit oil which is supposedly a healthier than the usual palm kernel oil which most pb use.
