After i moved from skippy to adams, i realise that 1 bottle of Adams peanut butter finishes damn fast. Am i overeating the peanut butter or is this normal?

How fast? I finished 1 jar of 454g in 1 week.

thinking of purchasing 1x creamy unsalted (either blue or green cap) spread to put in my office (air-conditioned). Is it more advised to put in the fridge, or isit ok to just leave it in the office room temperature?

No prob. I leave it at my office. (air con off after 7pm) But I typically finished 1 jar at most in 2 weeks. Also always use clean spoon to take it from the jar.

Hmms. Thank you for your prompt reply.

Looks like i am going to purchase one jar from the NTUC and start eating them as a daily devotional everyday. Thinking of microwaving eggs as well, but that's in another thread.

Adams's peanut butter, with the typical gardenia wholemeal bread goes well? Fair price brand?

After much contemplating between the creamy and crunchy version, i bought the creamy, unsalted jar. (The one with the oil flowing on top)

My review:
Its less sweet compared to Skippy
Stirring and mixing the oil and the peanut butter is hard. I am unable to mix it evening so end up in a chunk, by chunk.
Very thick, tacky for me. sticks to my teeth.
