Holland & Barrett sells them. Call the outlets to confirm stocks before going down.

leave it upside down for a while, then shake a bit, take a knife and stir (up and down direction stir also).

I used to leave in the fridge after stirring so that they wont seperate, but hate the taste of cold pb. So now just leave outside and stir everytime i use

Ok, am comparing Adams crunchy salted vs skippy chunky .
Seems like not alot of diff in nutrition facts lae.
Per serving (32-36g):
Total fat is comparable at ~16g (Adams sat fat n polyunsat fat proportion lesser, The diff of 9g being monounsat in Adam).
Sodium is 50% lesser in Adam .
Sugar is 1g vs 4g (A vs S)

May I ask y r u guys eating Adams ?
Cos lower sodium n sugar?

Thanks, am sourcing for clean food n in this case, a healthy protein source in PB to replace my skippy . :)

This is where IIFYM fails. Macros wise they are similar, but delve deeper into the details and they are quite different.

FYI, there is a local brand of peanut butter, 550g nett, selling at 1 for S$5 and 3 for S$12 at Expo food fair till this Sunday. It claims that there are no trans fat and I checked the ingredients used and there are no hydrogenated oils stated, though vegetable oil is still used. As you may know, one is allowed to sell his or her products as trans fat free if they are within the legal allowance. So, you can go and check it out yourself.

Don't mind me asking, how's the pricing like for this brand as compared to Adams ?

For those who like to know, it's $13.90 for a kg tub. Slightly more expensive than Adams.
