yesterday first time open my adams

wah lao so hard to stir, stir n stir and the oil overflow and spill out so messy

den spread on bread so watery...

nice meh

my first and last bottle of adam

You should turn the bottle upside down so oil will settle at the bottom of the bottle & stirring although will not be any easier, it will be less messy.

If it is watery, that just means you did not stir well enough.

Too bad if it will be your last bottle.

I think my method after refining the technique for a while works well enough for me. Get a single chopstick and stab the peanut butter repeatedly. This will create holes that allow the oil to flow down rather than float at the top, then use a fork and stir slowly from the bottom up.

Perhaps i should combine it with the technique of storing it upside until just before opening the bottle.

Now i dun use Adams though.

My rules for stirring Adam's Natural PB:

1. Never use a spoon, use a knife.
2. Grasp the knife with a fist.
3. Stir thoroughly non-stop for 10 - 15 min or until the oil is thoroughly mixed with the peanut paste.
4. Don't eat it yet, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours to let it settle.

I only eat it the next day, the taste is excellent.

Store Natural Peanut Butter Upside Down--Then Stir & Refrigerate

Natural peanut butter doesn't contain added oils, but it does require regular stirring, especially when you first buy it. That can be messy and difficult. So each time I buy a new jar, I store it in my pantry upside down until I'm ready to use it. That mixes the oil better for easier stirring!

MORE INFORMATION:
When you finally open the jar, use a butter knife to stir the oil throughout the jar until it's well mixed. Then store your mixed peanut butter in the fridge and the oils will not separate!

I used a chopstick to stir and it almost broke. The stirring was quite a workout actually. I could eat this peanut butter all day.

Thanks for the tip to store it upside down before opening.

Yes I learnt how to stir after a while. It's like poking and lifting, almost like bread dough. Can totally eat this on its own man, so good!

can try using a metal butter knife to stir. i prefer that to forks so that bits won't get stuck between the fingers of the fork.
