Read about natural fat from Peanut butter is good for health. But should a person who wants to build lean muscle be taking this?

Why not? Easiest eay to get lean is to reduce carbs; you can also count calories if you can be bothered to weigh every single thing you eat.

I just use a large teaspoon & scoop one large scoop & eat. If I want more than one scoop I use a small bowl.

fingers licking good. i do that as well...

So eating good fat is better than carbs? Easier to burn fats is it? What you guys normally eat it with? Together with protein shake? Since bread is also carbs

Reduced or low carb diets are the easiest to burn fat if you don't want the hassle of counting calories which is a pain to most folks.

2 years back I went on a junk food binge & within 8 months my waist expanded to 34.5 inches. I started training again, eliminated all processed foods & carbs from my diet & my carbs came from just vegetables, fruits & some roots eg sweet potatoes. Dropped all bread, rice, noodles, beehoon, potatoes etc completely.

Within 3 months I lost 3.5 inches off my waist..

Hmm? What's the difference in nutrition between sweet potatoes and potatoes?

hey guys, gonna buy my first jar of adam natural peanut butter. As I can see that there is a layer of oil on top of it.

Can I just remove the top layer of the oil?

Then stir to mix it?

Is it necessary to throw it in the fridge? or i can leave it outside room temp.?

Stir with the oil.

Store in fridge after opening it.
