I want to know if I can remove some excess amount of oil first before stiring it.

I have a sufficient fats in my daily diets

Without oil you unable to stir as to dry you will have a hard time to swallow... Don't worry about fat intake eating a little more fat is ok

I think better not to store in the fridge as low temperature will cause the affect the fats
I made a stupid mistake. Just disposed about 3/4 of the oil on the top layer. Stired it and it's dry as balls lol. So I shouldn't store in the fridge? What you meant by screwing up the fats

confirm will regret if you pour away the top layer of oil. :D

For me, after mixing i will store in fridge, else (in room temp), it will be too watery for my liking...

there are no preservatives. you must store it in the fridge since our country's so hot all the time..

That was what I was thinking.

Some other brand should be fine but Adams is All natural.

No Leh...never goes bad before normal I 3weeks one jar

I once forgot to fridge for a couple of days & it tasted funny to me though. To be safe I always fridge it. I like it chilled anyway. I usually eat it direct or put in the blender :)

May i know which flavour is that...I think only unsalted need to refrigerate after opening as no salt as preservative...i seldom touch unsalted one...as I believe in moderate salt intake is better than low salt intake

No, you need to refrigerate all, salted & unsalted if they are natural.

They key is if they are all natural... What make you think Adam is all natural...natural stuff no way can stand on shelves for months... Don't forget is made by smucker company
Read carefully only unsalted stated that to refrigerate all other just state stir and enjoy
