I beg to differ.

Have you driven the GTR before?

I have drove the R8 and GTR, in fact I felt that the R8 was better as a daily car than the GTR. :s13:

I have driven Lambos and GTRs and i feel that the GTR is better as a daily car. Just my humble opinion that's all.

I thought we are comparing GTR with Lambo, why bring other car models for comparison just for the sake of differing? Might as well say get chauffered in RollsRoyce is better. :s13:

stock GTR as DD, yes. Heavily modded GTR i doubt you can take it. The droning is quite unbearable

haha, why WRX scared?

no need to scared GTR la.. usually WRX drivers more balls than GTR drivers, n they probably have more skill

GTR owners usually high net worth, they dare to risk their balls meh?

Depends on which model the Lambo is. Based on my experience, the LP550-2 is better than the stage 2 GTR as DD ;)

err having a GTR does not grant one godlike status...

not that i condone street racing but have seen rexes and evos that can easily keep up with the R35, FD2R maybe hard because limited by NA

just need the right mods and tuning, and of course cash

BUT when you are in a gtr you know that you don't have to waste time to play with them. we have discussed about this before, the more powerful your car, the less you want to step on it, especially no need to prove a point to anybody.

can you all believe this nonsense, bought the GTR and nobody wants to insure me ?!?!? its not like i am 18 year old just get licence or what, i already got driving experience 4 years + the fact that i have no accidents no claims before. put dad as insured while i am named driver, also reject. NTUC, chartis, AIG, AXA, Tokio, Aviva all can go and die, give me a crappy reason, they say due to recent spade of GTR being totaled, they have a new ruling that below 29 year old cannot get insured. WTF, they somemore say GTR is classified as restricted car, so even if i put under company insurance, still need to name drivers and the named drivers must 29 years old or above.

please experts please help. car sitting at home cannot drive will make me go crazy very soon.

1. anyone knows of any insurers (other than the above) sure can insure me?
2. what is the chances of getting caught driving without insurance? i don't mind risking it if the chances is close to 0. cause i in 4 years never once got stopped by police, and i heard police also no have check insurance one.

High performance car is always like this . And in your case , it's a GTR.. Big engine capacity / Turbo-charge / 2 door coupe . And 4 year plus old license with no ncd I suppose and under 29 ? It's even harder .
Even if hirer license very long . once named driver is high risk . either premium is very high or reject case .
You can drive the car now . but no insurance coverage in the event of accident .
