Advice on CIEM please

Quick update, so I briefly heard the UERM UE 11 and UE18. UE18 had bass all over the place. Was actually quite bad. UE11 was ok. UERM was brilliant. Particularly impressed by the soundstage of the UERM. However there is something missing as compared to the k10. I've no idea what that is. Any insight as to how the uerm stacks up against the k10? I've heard from an experienced someone that because the uerm is very revealing, it's not very good for the long term listening as treble might become harsh for poorly mastered tracks.

I managed to hear the TG334. Honestly very brilliant too except for the rolled off highs. The k10's highs cannot get out of my mind haha

tried uerm, ue11 and ue18 today. unfortunately all 3 didn't suit my taste. uerm is probably the most analytical of the 3, but i find it abit lacking in bass, and treble a tad thin and harsh. ue11 has too much mid bass hum and wasn't very articulate. ue18 has the more enjoyable sig of the trio, but i find the treble very synthetic. overall all 3 didn't sound "real" to me, ie rather synthetic. was quite disappointed. tested with dx90 and ak120.

just read off from the price tag it's 15xx, 18xx (or issit 19xx) and 21xx for the uerm, ue11 and ue18 respectively.

Same, tried the ue series all sounded very average and not worth the price tag. At that price point hard to compete with um and fitear

Thanks! Lucky havent go there try. Waste time meeting snobbish staffs and mediocre CIEM :D

K10 is always interesting to look forward, many rave reviews about it. Will try them someday when my 334 becomes 'insufficient' :s13:

They were quite friendly to me whenever I'm there.
The UE ciem, personally feel the UERM is quite nice.
