yeap agreed.. contrary to wat people say about the bass.. i think it's quite gao gao...

im happy that you are enjoying it! So far ive never seen anyone using Aego M and not dissapointed by its performance.

maybe it hasnt run in yet, but i feel its lacking comparing to the t3.

midrange is awfully bad, bass is there but doesnt hit low enough.

I dont find midrange to be that bad. Maybe you should try doing some repositioning experiments, and see if you can get a better audio experience by placing your speakers better. They are as important.

if u can, get a base for ur sats. like jack it up abit. dun put it on the table beside the monitors if u want... the positioning might help..

Why does the Aego M have CENTER Inputs and Outputs?

The Aego M is capable of supporting 3 satellite speakers. The majority of people use their Aegos for stereo music, so it comes with just two satellites. However you might want to use the Aego to improve the sound from your flat panel television. Adding speakers at opposite ends of a wide screen television can often make the stereo image sound artificial, and the dialog diffuse to anyone not sitting exactly in the middle. Adding a center channel can fix that problem, and is why home theatre systems have a Center channel. The Aego M allows you to add that channel without the need for a full surround system. You will need to purchase a single accessory satellite to connect to the CENTER output of the amplifier. For most applications, that is all you need to do, as the Aego M's amplifier automatically derives a Center signal from the left and right inputs. (See the photo of the rear panel of the subwoofre above).

If you do have a separate center channel signal, then you can use that by connecting it to the CENTER input.The CENTER INPUT swith on the back panel works as follows: when set to NO the CENTER Output is derived from the Left and Right Inputs. When set to the YES position, the CENTER output is the signal connected to the CENTER input. In normal stereo operation, the position does not matter.

hi all,

currently the right speaker of my aego m sounds significantly softer when the volume knob is below 9 o'clock and when i turn the volume higher, they seems to balance out but the right speaker didnt produce the amount of details as the left speakers. I've tried swapping the speakers or the cables but seems that the prob comes from the subwoofer.

after browsing the forum, some of the members also facing the problem.

Anyone found the solution?

yeah i have this problem too.

its possible to swap out the potentiometer. but lazy to do so.

just quick-fix like what the others said, set the knob in a state where the audio is balanced, and then use software to adjust volume.

problems with connecting speaker to tv.

hi. i need help with connecting my new aego speakers to my tv.

my tv is lg sl90. the back panel looks like this:

i found out too late that i do not have a video out? which i would need to connect the speakers.

any idea how i can connect the two?
