Cut vents at the side at mount a 120/140mm fan internally?

The side vents something like the U2. Planned to get the U3 for a future build, sadly it doesn't provide fan mounts at the front like the U2 does. I already prepared a 140mm fan mount to fit at the front to provide additional cooling.

Don't have the tools to cut aluminium though. Plus even if I get the tools I am not skilled enough to cut the material and smooth it out. Need to find some shop with modding services.

for my case after some trial and error.. the push/pull config on the h60 does not have much improvements.. now using it in pull..

with front 2, 1 bottom and 1 side intake and h60 pull exhaust, my graphics is running at 62 deg and processor at 57 deg when i play dota2.

cant seems to lower it any further as it seems like the gfx hot air is also being blown towards the radiator.

62C is actually very reasonable already. My GTX580 reference card can reach 68-72C during Dota2 with my case fans at full speed. But that is because it is a reference card.
My cpu however seldom go above 53C during D2 even though I am using the stock HSF.

for my cpu i think is the small fan that i used to direct air to the gfx kicking up the hot air to the radiator.. will try to remove it and see how it goes..

Ya 62C is fine. Max temperature according to nvidia themselves is 100C(550Ti), your gfx no feelings, not going to thank you for running it at 52C instead of 62C.:s13:

was hoping to bring down cpu temp abit more.. but seems like hit the lowest i can go liao. :s22:
But if you r not OC-ing, I donno why you need liquid-cooling for your cpu chip, lol. Because of your LC, you sacrifice one top exhaust fan. Maybe air-cooled HSF enough since you playing dota 2 and a few other games only.

r9 270x can go as high as 82 degree Celsius when playing dota 2 in a full hd 1080p setting.

Is this even normal?

depends on the cooler and ur case airflow.

BD28 casing so 2 Leds fans with one exhaunt at the rear, and 1 cool air inflow at the front.

CPU highest temp is around 59 when playing dota2 as a game reference.
GPU highest tempi is 82.

My room is stuffy and hot most of the time because it is next to a multi storey carpark - - plus do not have aircon.

I regret buying ATI card lol. Internet put temp 65 as highest when in high load.

Here high load temp 82 - -

yours reference card ah? if u get custom cooling like twin frozr or DCUII then temps will be 65. otherwise 82 is quite normal for intensive games.

dota 2 is not a taxing game and considering your room having no aircon, thats probably why still can hit 82 deg

r9 270 devil edition powercolor.

I am planning to buy gtx760 msi twin frozr liao. r9 270x is only good for air con or cooling system casing. hahaha
