Hmm...the beijing seller seems to be able to ship direct to sg
I tried and the shipping shown was 94 yuan

Cheaper than buying from official xm store and shipping via forwarders I think?

Get from other unofficial sellers.

Think Beijing got one seller, rmb 750, inclusive of shunfeng.

4PX is in Dongguan now. Don't think got many Dongguan seller.

They will probably contact you and cancel the order after that ba. Also, pls dont try the first option, Taobao Global Direct for APs. Will reach 圆通 warehouse and they will reject back to the seller as the shipping cost charged is too low. And you will have a nice time getting a partial refund, which is troublesome.

Many have tried before. Can do a search...

anyone using xiaomi app on ios? app keep crashing when open

shouldn't have issues. whatever you do, do not switch to the singapore location when the app does - the lot of 5 xiaomi 1/2 that i have access to, are lost when i changed to the SG location, and the xiaoyi night vision surveillance camera too.

for the folks who need someone to do the ordering for XM1/2, i may do another group purchase again... will need to amass a quantity and seek out the seller on TB.

Oh.. but how to know it's not fake?

Then wait for time sales and get the Samsung AX40 @ $278/288 with 1 additional filter (AP already has 1). Or Xiaomi AP ver 1 from NTUC.

Or pay $50 more for the qoo10 version (229 + 19.90)

The thing with getting from TB is that you can tag with extra filters for even bigger bang for the buck. Savings not a lot though, save about $7 per filter vs getting from NTUC (now still no stock I think, may not be easy to source sometimes).

Looking at 1 or 2 pcs of the XM2 AP, depending on price.

I thought it might be too cheap to be true, thanks for confirming it.

I ordered from this guy leh

http://world.taobao.com/item/527292194299.htm?fromSite=main&spm=a1z09.2.0.0.edTuGr&_u=d20576l8b28

RMB 699 with delivery.

His rating like not bad and claim to have authorised dealer cert.

Ordered yesterday 12/3
Delivery to 65DG.

Actually wuss, don't quite get your earlier msg.
So if okay, i just order another two to 65 DG then use seaship?

Or my other 2 i should go to 4PX.

My filters go to which betta?

He looks ok, RMB699 not easy to get. Shenzhen seller. Ship to Dongguan, should be ok.

I can't vouch for domestic 德邦快递 though. But the XM2 packing is decent and it's not a big or heavy box, so not likely to have flying APs.

There was a M8088A case in which the whole thing was CUI. I can't find the pics, but basically the top part was totally cracked and broken, carton box got punched some holes when speedpost delivered it.

I don't know, you calculate both ways using 65DG and 4PX, see which one is better and if the extra money is worth it.

No problem. Actually current prices and filters are extremely low already.....so go ahead and invest in one first and check it out.
Together with Carousell, air purifiers should not present much of a financial constraint issue for everyone, even for the low income families. Having 2-3 APs shouldn't be an issue even for those young parents etc.

Rant a bit.... :D
But yeah, of course, there are still those parents who can spend thousands of dollars on trips, toys, expensive infant formula, expensive pre-school classes and top-end childcare etc, but find a $200-300 AP to be expensive and unnecessary expenditure for their infant/kids. Even though it's already an advanced 2016 now + with so many prev haze episodes and even specialist visit/A&E/24-hr clinic and once even hospitalisation admissions for their infants and kids. *shrugs* :s11:
Worse still, such high levels and long duration might an trigger an allergic reaction that could stay with the kids for many many years, sometimes for life. This is not simply something that you can attach a dollar-value to it man....

Got a few in my workplace....it's weird, really makes no sense to me. They choose to believe "la sup jiak la sup dua" since it's "organic" haze, which has been medically proven to be untrue for air pollution/biomass haze.

Last time, it used to cost > 1k to clean a living room area, with > $100 recurring cost (filters). Only the well-to-do can afford to filter a whole apartment or even landed property.
Now, no more.

Unless, of course, your house/room isn't air conditioned. :D 2015 and now 2016 heat is no joke.

XM1 is now at $279.

I'm trying to look for one mall that has NTUC and has stock for the XM1.
Then i go claim credit card voucher change for 2 units
