The best deal at the moment is to claim the $100 off $500 coupon from qoo10 at midnight. Need to use the coupon before 29th March.

So if the XM2 is $218, it's like only $168 but you need to buy $64 of fillers.

The goni guy at qoo10 is selling his AX40 compatible filter at $59.

Now also have a $30 off $160 deal.

If you get 3 pieces each about $49.
Don't know what quality is that though but it has active carbon if I'm not wrong

That's cos you missed the $50 off $300 coupon from 2 weeks ago (9th to 15th March event). $50 off $300 is the best one for ax40 since it's just nice at $300+ mark. Like I posted, could go down to $249 with qpoints. Wait for next round then. :)

I had the coupon, but hesitated and it expired.

Earlier I posted that the TB commoner HEPA has CADR of 200 m3/hr in the AX40. If you calculate yourself, it's actually an extremely conservative number. I don't want to balloon no numbers. Lots of buffer. :D So use it in your 4-room BTO and MBR with confidence.
Also tried + tested + measured by a myriad of particle counters. No issue.
Actual what does 200 m3/hr mean or how significant is that ?
If my air purifier keeps spinning non stop, with the door open but window close, it's still effectively in a mbr right ?

Anyway knows if air purifier keeps away mosquitos ?

Active carbon to remove room odour. But not really effective unless you remove the source of the odour. Example, mouldy room, durian in room, stinky shoes... haha...

That is the CADR.Clean Air Delivery Rate. Its almost the most important info to know when buying air purifier. I believe there are 2 standards or actually units for this. China uses Meter Cube /Hr and Euro uses Cubic Feet / Min. So its also import to note the unit used .

First question already ans by another pax.

Umm....don't do that, you'd find that the filter won't last for even 2 months during the haze period.

You live right next to a construction site and major e-way sliproad?

I think you better get some Cleanroom FFUs shiped via sea route from Taobao. :s13:

Clean room ffu. Haha.. That's an option. But seriously, there isn't any construction going on near my place and also my place is not near the main road. There is a small Road but no major expressway or main road. My windows are closed mostly with only toilet door gap for air exchange. Why so much dust, my wife and I are always so puzzled.
