All are true HEPA H13 grade. Might not be H13 if DOP tested, but even for a H10/E10 filter, it's more than good enough even if using for a high stroke risk/heart patient if the ACH/CADR is sized correctly.

I posted before, the diff between a AX40 and IQ Air Healthpro 250 is 35 mins and 28 minutes for a 1000 ug/3 -> 1 ug/m3 drop in a 30 cubic metre room. With 323 m3/hr and 439 m3/hr airflow specs. Using cigarette smoke source, meaning 0.1 to 0.5 microns PM. PM0.1 - PM0.5

Good morning !! This morning Haze is horrible... and hovering abt 200 since last night

Thanks WRXL 大大。i've been reading up and it seems like AX40 is recommended...i see alot of bros share the links & esp the rakuten link :D

is it impossible to buy one AX40 from retail shops these days? though i realise that it is much much cheaper to buy online...

Local version is AX41.
Easier to get the equally recommended LG PS-R459 locally (Qoo10 model LA-Q379). I think Gain City brought in a lot. $349

LG can turbo or max. AX40 only max useful. LG turbo slightly more airflow than AX40 but noisier. LG comes with timer, maybe useful for some.

Can't remember about exact power consumption but both aren't power hungry.

Disclaimer: I only have AX40, no LG
