Just to ask the charcoal filter and HEPA filter in the AX40 can't be separated?

So if I wanna bai replacement DIY filter in future from TB have to buy both also? Or charcoal filter is not necessary?

do a search for Bro WRX post. he used a penknife to separate the charcoal n HEPA by slicing at the masking tape area.
TB only sells the HEPA

Hepa is filtering air and dust.
Charcoal can kills those germs or bad smell.

If without charcoal still can filtering burned smell

Activated charcoal only absorbs chemicals.

So far I can't smell the haze with my p100 half face respirator, can only smell my mother's cooking, incense and ciggy.

Incense and ciggy smells horrible after going through the p100 cartridge though, those need activated carbon to filter off.
