i ever kena my items reach custom (1st was delayed, 2nd item met up with 1st) kena charged gst

Why I tried using the coupon..before the final confirmation screen the coupon works and it shows the applied discount. but upon click to the next screen

it says 'Please enter a valid coupon code and try again.'

i'm not using shopback to stack.

Edit: Oh. it's capped at $50. I already bought one using this code. need to create new rakuten account i guess

TB got problem? Very slow now, been trying more than 2 hours, most of time cannot load

I ordered from Happy Mall on 24th Sep (early morning/midnight).
Status now showing "Shipping on delivery" since 25th Sep.
I contacted Fedex, they said tracking number not registered on their network yet!!

You mentioned you received a message saying change to slightly different model? Via email or?

Change to UWD model

Mine isn't showing anything except order received.

Already received the unit I bought from Rakuten but qoo10 unit was bought on behalf of aunty.

Now thinking whether should cancel and reorder or no difference

Feedback on Air + mask sizing

Box measured me to M size, worn 3 times and feel the straps are a little tight and within the mask there is not enough space to breathe. Visually the mask looks really small in comparison to the rest of my face. Seal is ok, no fogging up of glasses

Got my hands on L size today, tried on and it's almost too big, now it looks like I'm hiding something :s22:

I'll try it out tomr to test the seal but seems like Air+ mask not suited for my face size :(
