Mine Qoo10 stated shippping scheduled ( 2 oct) means shipping on 2oct? Or will receive on 2 oct?

will start to ship... maybe can have delays... reach SG... go through customs... then proceed to warehouse...then schedule for delivery which can take 1-2 days...
